Unboxing the Sony Xperia Ion
The Sony Xperia Ion launched in India yesterday, bringing a large 4.6 inch display to the company’s lineup of Android devices.
Still writing up my review, but here’s a quick unboxing in the meanwhile.

What’s in the retail box:
- Sony Xperia Ion (no microSD card included, battery not removable)
- micro-USB-to-USB cabler
- Stereo Headset
- Charging adapter
- Warranty information
- User Manuals
Pretty much your standard in box contents, so nothing much to talk about there. The build quality of the Sony Xperia Ion is very impressive, from the minute you first lay your hands on it. That anodized aluminum is definitely a winner. Additionally, the Xperia Ion thankfully runs Android 4.0.4 ICS out of the box. Will be an interesting phone to check out, for sure.
